Primary Duties and Responsibilities The Practice Manager plays a vital role in supporting both business operations and patient care within an assigned practice. This position is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys making a meaningful impact on day-to-day operations.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Practice Manager is also responsible for assigning staff coverage across the UCLA Health System, ensuring JCAHO compliance, and handling matters for float pool staff. In this role, you'll oversee administrative and budgetary functions, coordinate ambulatory clinical services and float staff, and help enforce policies to encourage a safe and coordinative environment.
Salary range: $83,800.00/year- $179,400.00/year
