Duties and Responsibilities
The Assistant Superintendent will be tasked with maintaining the agronomy of the course at the highest levels. They will directly report to the Course Superintendent and their duties shall be as follows:
Develop Plant Protectants Program
Execute all pesticide applications
Perform course setup on daily basis
Manage, direct, educate and train seasonal employees
Scout and manage any diseases
Maintain inventory
Communicate with Pro Shop personnel on course conditions daily
Interface with members regularly
Active local chapter involvement

Must either have or be able to obtain a pesticide applicator's license upon hiring.
