Our client provides property damage emergency services, restoration, and reconstruction services for residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm and other disasters. They are part of a global leading organization in the rapidly growing restoration sector. The Restoration Sales Consultant must possess strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable entering highly charged and stressful situations. The Restoration Sales Consultant needs to possess the ability to turn an emotionally distraught customer into a satisfied one and leave the customer with a positive lasting impression. The Restoration Sales Consultant primary responsibilities are to professional, compassionate, courteous, positive and informative. The Restoration Sales Consultant will be compensated based on their ability to successfully close sales. Responsibilities
Generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by fire, water damage or other large-scale emergency events
Cooperate with public emergency response agencies and private entities to enable effective implementation of recovery initiatives
Takes responsibility for personal growth and company growth Create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customer
Participates in restoration related community awareness events programs Respond to or dispatch other Emergency Response Personnel in order to market PDR in an attempt to secure emergency work or any further PDR related business interests

Retired or former first responder (Fire Chief, Marshal, Battalion Chief, etc.) Experienced sales professional seeking a more meaningful, community-focused role Restoration industry professional (Estimator, Project Manager, Mitigation) Emergency management or EMT background with strong communication skills Regardless of background, the ideal Restoration Sales Consultant: Is empathetic but assertive Can confidently ask for the sale during an emotionally difficult moment Is comfortable with KPIs and a performance-driven environment Works well under pressure and thrives in unpredictable situations Has a natural presence in the community Education, Certification and/or Work Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Highly Organized Valid driver's license High level Communicator and strong interpersonal skills Availability to be on call 24/7/365 Proven ability to close sales and provide quality customer service 2 year non-compete What You Bring
Experience in sales, emergency response, restoration, or community engagement Ability to build trust quickly and communicate with compassion Strong organizational and documentation skills Willingness to be on call and respond to after-hours situations Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background checks and required certifications Pay Structure
$50,000 Base plus no cap commissions. Significant growth opportunity with no cap on potential. Benefits
