What You’ll Do
Oversee 10–12 store locations, ensuring strong sales, service, and operational performance
Lead, coach, and develop store managers through regular visits, meetings, and training
Analyze performance data and P&L reports to drive growth and profitability
Support recruitment, staffing, and employee engagement initiatives
Conduct business reviews and ensure compliance with company standards
Travel regularly across assigned locations
What You Bring
Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required
5 years of experience in insurance and multi-store leadership
Proven skills in sales, coaching, and customer service
Strong communication and analytical abilities
Proficient in MS Office and business tools
Flexible and results-driven mindset
TX Property & Casualty License (preferred)
