Join our team crafting exceptional artisan breads, flaky croissants, and handmade pastries! We're a specialty bakery dedicated to quality ingredients and traditional techniques. What You'll Do: Produce artisan breads, laminated pastries, and croissants Mix, shape, proof, and bake according to our recipes Maintain high quality standards and consistency Keep work area clean and organized What We're Looking For: 2+ years professional baking experience Knowledge of bread baking and/or lamination techniques Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about craft baking Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Details: Part-time 5:30 AM Monday - Friday 6:30 AM Saturday 6:30 AM Sunday (Summer months) Pay: Dependent on experience Benefits: Free meal and drink during shift!
