We are an established, busy, well-respected Atlanta shoe repair shop, seeking a dedicated employee to join our team in a full-time, in-person role in Buckhead. The location is an easy commute on the Marta rail line. Basic Mandatory Experience: We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of relevant trade experience who takes pride in high-quality workmanship. You will perform essential shoe and leather repairs, including sole/heel replacement, stitching, refinishing, and hardware replacement on footwear and accessories like handbags, belts. Compensation and Benefits: Base hourly wage is $15-$30 per hour (depending on level of cobbling experience) plus the opportunity to earn bonus compensation based on job performance and productivity goals.
