Build a team of motivated Account Executives to increase growth in strategic enterprise customers in the Digital Native segment.
Inspire a culture of teamwork, leading with value, and achieving desired customer outcomes
Develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure Japan's long-term success
Encourage learning and ongoing understanding of technical product details and our future product roadmap
Lead our Digital Native sales business in Japan’s growth plans, ensure forecast accuracy, and ensure a predictable, high-growth business.
What we look for:
10+ years of experience selling complex software deals to the region's recognizable organizations.
5+ years of experience in people management
Background in selling usage-based PaaS/SaaS solutions or other Data/AI/ML-related technologies.
History of exceeding sales quotas in similar high-growth technology companies.
Success in implementing strategies for both usage-based and booking-based sales revenue models.
Knowledge of developing the partner ecosystem to help grow strategic territories
Desire to build a collaborative, inspired team culture
