We are looking for an Account manager. The Account Manager is responsible for driving growth and development for our clients to build and integrate relationships with our channel partners to drive revenue. This role effectively develops and cross-functionally executes comprehensive E-commerce business development plans.
Responsibilities
Direct Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Shopify products sales experience and operation especially in optimizing products planning
Create & Manage product selection and listings on multiple marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart & Marketplaces.)
Monitor web stores review and feedback management
Research market trend and competition
Manage product listing issues like Suppressed listing, Quality Alerts, Stranded Listing, Price alert, sales history with Current Qty.
Development of annual marketing plan in support of organizational strategy
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, sales or related fields
Innovative and the forward-thinking candidate who will work hard and enthusiastically take on many responsibilities
0-3 years of direct experience with Amazon, eBay and/or E-Commerce operations preferred
Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
Ability to influence and interact with senior management
Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model
Experience with digital marketing and online sales
Superior verbal and written communication skills, copywriting skills are a plus
Actively listens and participates within a team environment
Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Database related programs
Legal working status in the United State required, OPT status not acceptable
