We are seeking a **Customer Accounts Resolution Specialist** to join our onsite team. This role focuses on reviewing and resolving customer account issues, analyzing past-due balances, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining contract terms in our systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and Excel, and excels in customer communication.**Key Responsibilities:*** Review customer accounts and aging reports to identify unpaid or incorrectly billed charges.* Investigate past-due balances and resolve discrepancies with customers.* Enter and maintain billing contract terms and service rates in company systems.* Generate reports on account activity, billing exceptions, and resolution trends.* Collaborate with internal teams (Billing, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure accurate and timely account management.* Maintain accurate documentation of all account resolutions and communications.* Provide professional, clear, and timely communication to customers regarding account status and resolution.**Qualifications:*** Minimum **1 year of experience** in **billing, accounts receivable, finance, or related roles**.* Proficient in **Excel** (pivot tables, lookups, filters, reporting).* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.* Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with customers.**Preferred Skills (Not Required):*** Experience in service-based billing or handling complex customer accounts.* Experience with multi-location accounts or contract-based billing.**Work Environment:*** Onsite position, working closely with Billing, AR, and Customer Service teams.*FCC Environmental Services, LLC operates in a multicultural, global environment and is a richly diverse organization operating seamlessly as one company.
