This position is 20 hours a week and pays between $20.00 and $25.00 an hour. The schedule is onsite Tuesday-Friday from 12:00pm-5:00pm. Key Responsibilities

Process all incoming and outgoing shipments, including mass shipments, individual packages, and mail. Serve as the lead administrator for UPS Worldship, DHL, CampusShip, USPS, and other shipping platforms. Identify and properly process battery shipments and other dangerous goods. Coordinate and receive daily dock deliveries. Sort and notify team members of packages and mail daily. Maintain positive relationships with shipping brokers and engage them to resolve shipping issues. Provide tracking and pricing estimates via email or phone and follow up with team members or customers. Analyze and plan shipment costs; troubleshoot shipping issues as needed. Maintain postage meter and purchase stamps as required. Ensure adequate inventory of shipping materials at all times. Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Provide backup support for the Office Manager and reception desk as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in a shipping or logistics role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities; capable of managing multiple priorities. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills. Knowledge of shipping lithium-ion batteries and other hazardous materials. Familiarity with Incoterms and Schedule B codes. IATA and DOT training preferred. Ability to interpret packing slips, enter data into systems, and acknowledge receipt of goods. Experience completing bills of lading and commercial invoices. Understanding of international shipping practices and documentation. Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to sit, stand, bend, twist, reach, and move about the facility as needed.
