run the Northeast sales team
and drive regional growth.

Lead and develop Regional Sales Managers and Territory Managers across the Northeast
Build strong partner and end-user relationships
Support field sales and meet customers regularly
Drive pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and regional execution
What You Bring
5-10 years proven sales leadership experience
Strong coaching and team development skills
Channel sales experience (integrators, resellers, Business Partners/NBPs)
Excellent communication and executive presence
Ability to travel throughout the Northeast
