Your profile
You’ve done it before: proven experience scaling a team or market — ideally in a high-growth tech or B2B environment. Strong sales leadership with the ability to build networks, close deals, and drive partner acquisition. Hands‑on operator who is not afraid of hard work: opening offices, hiring people, coaching teams, solving problems. Data‑driven decision maker who works systematically numbers. High efficiency mindset — you know how to get the absolute best out of your people. Solid technical understanding, ideally in smart home, automation, or a related field.
