Job Summary As a

Sales Executive

, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients pre and post‑sale, ensuring smooth project delivery and long‑term satisfaction. You will own the client relationship lifecycle, resolve issues quickly, coordinate with internal teams, and identify opportunities for growth or upselling. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, personable, and passionate about providing exceptional customer experience.

Own partial sales cycle: presenting, negotiating, and closing.

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through proactive outreach.

Conduct sales presentations, virtual consultations, and follow‑ups to move prospects through the pipeline.

Collaborate with Lead Quality Specialists and Engineering to craft tailored proposals and solutions.

Maintain accurate customer records, deal stages, and communications in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs, including conversion rates and deal velocity.

Sales Strategy & Team Collaboration

Support the development and optimization of sales playbooks, scripts, and outreach strategies.

Mentor and coach junior sales associates by sharing techniques, feedback, and success stories.

Monitor sales pipeline health and prepare regular reports for leadership.

Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback—communicating insights back to leadership.

Help align internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) around client expectations and delivery timelines.

Qualifications Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field required.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in Account Management, B2C Sales, or Solution‑Based Selling

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals and client retention targets

Understanding of outdoor living, architecture, or real estate markets is a bonus

Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities

Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, startup‑like environment

Self‑starter with a growth mindset and results‑oriented attitude

Comfortable working cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams

Preferred Experience

Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, or Sandler)

Experience with customer onboarding, project coordination, or post‑sales support

Background in Property Tech, Home Improvement, or Compliance Services

The pay range for this role is:

25 - 32 USD per hour (Santa Ana, California)
