JR-40102580As Commercial Sales Manager, you will execute the retail and fleet sales strategy for commercial tires by delivering tailored solutions and value-added services. You will follow the direct-business framework to manage customer development, new business pitches, tenders, contracts, and sales data visibility. You will collect and analyze market trends and competitive insights to shape key account plans. You will lead sales associates and fleet engineers to drive new fleet acquisitions and ensure strong tire performance satisfaction. You will also build and manage a robust fleet pipeline using fleet tools to improve win ratios, and you will support demand planning by partnering with ASEAN marketing on forecasting and new product initiatives for Bias and MRT.**What You'll Do*** **Sales Strategies/Principles Execution** - You will develop and execute strategies for the retail and fleet sales channels for commercial tires by delivering tailored solutions and value-added services. You will follow the direct-business framework for customer development and management, including customer definition, new business pitches, tender management, contract handling, and ensuring clear sales data visibility.* **Managing Pipeline & New Business Development -** You will develop and manage the fleet business by building a strong fleet pipeline and using fleet tools to improve win ratios. You will manage fleet accounts through effective tire management principles and a strong focus on CPK (Cost per Kilometer) performance.* **Sales Operation -** You will collect and analyze market data—including trends and competitive insights—to plan, organize, and prepare key account plans. You will oversee sales operations, sell-through performance, and inventory management for distributors while expanding channels to increase volume.
