As a Director of Assisted Living, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Halcyon House in Washington.
Responsibilities
Oversee Assisted Living services, programs, and activities to meet residents' clinical and psycho-social needs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and corporate regulations in collaboration with other departments.
Develop a social model of care promoting resident choice and family involvement.
Maintain and update day-to-day operational procedures for Assisted Living.
Hire, evaluate, and supervise Resident Associates and CNAs; manage 24‑hour staffing and scheduling.
Encourage family engagement and orient new residents to the community.
Full‑time, Monday–Friday (8:00 am–5:00 pm) with flexible hours.
Qualifications
Demonstrate leadership skills and an ability to approach new ways of thinking, providing leadership in clinical and psycho‑social programming for residents.
3–5 years of previous nursing leadership experience; active RN license.
Knowledge and understanding of all applicable state and federal regulations, quality assurance, compliance, clinical and social modeling; knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
Ability to coach, manage, and lead a team to provide high‑level services.
Registered Nurse license.
Compensation & Flexibility The salary rate will be based on years of experience. The range for this role is $85,000–$90,000.
