Sales Consultants
to join our family as we continue to grow! Sales EXPERIENCE Required and will train you to be the BEST sales Consultant! Individuals with experience in food/beverage, hospitality, retail sales, insurance, and real estate to name just a few, have found SUCCESS in automobile sales! Bi-lingual skills are a PLUS!!

Responsibilities
Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.
Requirements
Automotive Sales experience is preferred, excellent training is provided
An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who's motivated to succeed
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be authorized to work in the USA
Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
Must have a valid driver's license
