Job Description Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a cybersecurity strategy and roadmap aligned with international standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
Establish governance policies, risk management processes, and compliance frameworks.
Lead implementation of security tools, IAM, incident response, and disaster recovery plans.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure "security by design" in digital and operational projects.
Drive cybersecurity awareness and culture across all levels of the organization.
Act as a trusted advisor to the BoD on emerging threats, compliance, and investment priorities.
The Successful Applicant Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in building cybersecurity functions in Greenfield or transformation environments.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles across infrastructure, network, and cloud.
Hands‑on experience with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and regulatory compliance.
Background in industrial sectors (mining, energy, oil & gas, utilities) preferred.
Exceptional stakeholder communication skills; able to engage at Board level.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor are highly desirable.
