Postion Summary
Foster & Motley, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Rebalancing Associate to join our team. This is a full‑time position located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Portfolio Rebalancing Associate will support the Investment Management team with managing client portfolios of individual stocks and bonds, including account monitoring, rebalancing portfolios, and cash management. This position combines traditional portfolio management support with the use of artificial intelligence and automation tools to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability within the rebalancing process.

Job Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of investment strategies across asset classes Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation modeling, and market research Monitor portfolio performance and prepare regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders Review portfolios and identify accounts that require rebalancing Execute trades to bring portfolios back in line with target allocations Support due diligence on potential investments, including industry analysis and risk assessment Stay current on macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and market developments Maintain and update investment databases, tools, and performance tracking systems Utilize artificial intelligence to streamline and automate the portfolio rebalancing process, as well as other ad‑hoc Investment Management processes Provide analytical and operational support to the Fixed Income Portfolio Manager Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field Willingness to pursue Series 65 exam and CFA® designation Experience in investment management, equity research, or financial analysis preferred Experience with portfolio rebalancing tools or systems (e.g. Tamarac) is preferred Proficiency in financial modeling, and Bloomberg or similar platforms is preferred Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills Effective communication and presentation skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards How to Apply
