Responsibilities We are currently hiring a Superintendent with a passion for building! We love creative problem solvers, leaders, and innovators. We value our field and give you the autonomy to run the project. Here are a few items you will be responsible for:

Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control, and a clean site.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments, including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, and inspections.

Maintain an updated and accurate project schedule that reflects the changes in project status and that meets the cost and time requirements of the project.

Demonstrate and maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations, and any deviation in the direction of the project.

Always promotes positive relationships by dealing expertly and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors while instilling this philosophy in the project team.

Qualifications

7+ years experience both in union and non-union environments

Proven track record of meeting deadlines and possess the ability to pay close attention to the crucial details of retail & hospitality construction

Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations

Experience in managing, training and developing people

Experience in computer technology

Experience in supporting a rapidly growing organization around the complexities of executing work in the national arena.

Ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality projects including hotel, restaurant, luxury & specialty retail.

Project experience should include out of the ground, complex renovation work in occupied and unoccupied environments, urban and suburban work locations, and a complete understanding of high level finishes

Project locations are west of the Mississippi with trips home when project schedule allows.

Salary Range Information Las Vegas Base Salary Range: $102,000 - $177,000

The range stated is specific to Las Vegas. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
