This is a Leadership + sales role. Compensation is Base + Commission
What You’ll Do:
Lead a passionate sales team in a vibrant retail space.
Coach, motivate, and celebrate wins—big and small.
Keep the showroom looking sharp and stocked.
Drive results and make customers smile (the first time!).
