About Fight or Flight:
Fight or Flight is a fast‑growing integrated communications agency that helps B2B brands deliver greater business impact. Our services include everything from earned and social media, digital content creation, research and insights, to account‑based marketing.
Our North America‑based Fight or Flighters (“Foffers” for short) typically work from home. Although we are remote‑first, we come together regularly as a team from across the country for in‑person meet‑ups.
What you’ll do:
Support day‑to‑day account operations across a portfolio of exciting and ambitious B2B brands – from household names to emerging scaleups
Contribute to media outreach efforts including media lists, pitch drafting, reporter and industry research, and spokesperson briefing documents
Help prepare and maintain client‑ready materials such as agendas and action items, status reports and activity trackers
Monitor the news agenda daily to help identify relevant trends, insights, and media opportunities for clients
Learn how to use AI tools to streamline tasks, support creativity, and contribute to FoF’s innovation efforts
Participate in internal brainstorms, client calls, and team meetings to understand account priorities and contribute ideas
Support new business efforts through research, organizational support, and presentation prep as needed
What we’re looking for:
A minimum of 1‑2 previous PR/communications internships preferred OR 0‑1+ years of experience in communications, journalism or marketing roles
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, eager to learn early career professional with a go‑getter attitude
A confident multi‑tasker who is excited and motivated by working in a fast‑paced environment
Prepared to learn, speak up, share ideas, ask questions and get involved in all aspects of client, new business and campaign activity
Familiar with Microsoft Office, MuckRack or other PR software and a rapidly growing set of AI‑powered tools
