Job Duties include:
Completion of all tasks related to resident care and unit operation
Encouraging resident's independence and participation in social activities
Observing and reporting changes in resident's conditions
Providing compassionate services and guidance to the residents
Provides daily personal hygiene and care
Charts electronically and on sheets (as needed) at appropriate times and at completion of tasks
Ensures all supplies are adequately accounted for and maintains charge book as directed. Accounts for all items used by residents.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.
Licensure: None
Experience: 6 months in relevant field
