Job Title: National Account Manager Compensation: $125,000 - $140,000 (based on qualifications)
Position Summary This position is responsible for driving growth and strengthening relationships with Domino’s largest customers through strategic account leadership, solution selling, and collaboration across cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional value and sustained business results.

Main Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Lead strategic growth initiatives across assigned national accounts to achieve or exceed annual sales goals.
Develop and execute account plans that identify short and long‑term opportunities.
Build and sustain multi‑level relationships across customer organizations to influence purchasing and standardization decisions.
Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunities, maintain accurate forecasts, and document key account activities.
Collaborate with regional and local account teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
Identify and qualify new opportunities within assigned accounts for Domino’s complete product portfolio.
Expand adoption of Domino’s coding, marking, and automation technologies through strategic engagement with corporate engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
Attend industry events and trade shows to strengthen relationships and identify new potential customers or partners.
Leverage market insights and competitive intelligence to position Domino effectively in key sectors.
Serve as the primary liaison between Domino and key decision makers at assigned accounts.
Ensure consistent internal communication between Sales, Service, Marketing, and Product Management to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Lead account reviews, project updates, and post‑installation follow‑ups to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
Represent Domino professionally in all customer interactions, presentations, and communications.
Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer focus within the National Account organization.
Partner with internal stakeholders to drive “product‑to‑pallet integration and end‑to‑end solution delivery.”
Participate in continuous learning and sales training to expand technical and market knowledge.
Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities None
What You Need Education & Experience
7–10 years of progressive experience in capital equipment or automation sales within industrial or food manufacturing sectors.
Valid Driver’s License required
Proven success in developing strategic account relationships and achieving revenue growth targets.
Mechanical or technical aptitude with strong problem‑solving and consultative sales skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
Collaborative team mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Excellent Communication Skills
Able to work with different levels of employees/customers
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and ask for help when necessary
Physical Demands
Sedentary work. Sedentary work involves exerting no more than 10 pounds of force at a time and occasionally lifting or carrying articles like docket files, ledgers, and small tools. A certain amount of walking and standing may be necessary in carrying out job duties.

Chemical hazards – solvents, adhesives, paints, toxic dusts, among other potentially toxic fumes or acids
