Overview Start on a career path that has a future with Ryder. As an Inside Sales Vehicle Account Manager in our Used Vehicle Sales division, you’ll be part of a dynamic team with a focus on growth, customer satisfaction, and maximizing proceeds from used vehicle sales.

Remote role. Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (flexible).

Responsibilities

Engage marketing qualified leads, self-generated leads, and other sources to maximize retail sales and customer satisfaction.

Generate first‑time buyers, establish repeat buyers, and increase speed to market.

Promote ancillary products (warranty, financing, Select Care) and work with the Wholesale Manager to dispose of older inventory.

Collaborate with BU Maintenance and Asset Managers to market units nearing end of term and provide market condition feedback.

Maintain efficient paperwork (bill of sale, title, warranty forms).

Work closely with the Wholesale/Export team to identify prospects that fit the wholesale/export arena.

Additional Responsibilities

Additional duties as requested by Management to meet evolving prospect/customer needs.

Skills and Abilities

Strong verbal and written communication, listening, and sales skills.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.

Self‑starter, flexible, and detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.

Effective negotiation skills and understanding of negotiation process.

Intermediate experience with CRM systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Three (3) years or more sales‑related experience required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; post‑secondary education with emphasis on marketing or sales also preferred.

General knowledge and prior usage of CRM systems (intermediate preferred).

Compensation Salaried position with an annual base pay of $45,000 (minimum and maximum). Eligible for annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on level and type.
