Position Summary
Infra Pipe Solutions (IPS) is seeking a
Regional Sales Manager
to oversee and grow sales across the South Central. This role is responsible for managing and expanding distributor relationships, developing new accounts, and driving sales of IPS’s water, gas, and related pipe products. The Regional Sales Manager will manage relationships with existing distributors, develop new accounts, and support project coordination to achieve revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Grow sales through distribution channels by strengthening existing partnerships and developing new accounts.
Execute territory growth strategies, including pricing, freight optimization, product knowledge sessions, and promotional activities.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
Build long-term customer relationships by delivering tailored, value‑added solutions.
Provide regular market intelligence and sales insights through forecasts, bi‑weekly calls, and monthly reports.
Represent IPS at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Coordinate product delivery and project execution with manufacturing and customer teams.
Collaborate with inside sales and customer service to ensure timely quoting, order fulfillment, and customer support.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field preferred.
Experience:
2 years of outside sales experience in our field or related business
Proven success managing a
distribution network
and driving sustained sales growth.
Experience applying data and market analysis to guide sales decisions.
Skills:
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms.
Other:
Willingness to travel up to
50%
across the region.
Highly self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a home office.
