HomeWell Care Services is seeking a full‑time

Home Care Office Manager

to support daily operations at our growing non‑medical home care agency in Boise. This is an on‑site role near the Boise Airport and plays a key role in supporting our caregivers, clients, and families.

We are looking for someone who is

organized, proactive, positive, and compassionate —a true self‑starter who takes ownership of responsibilities, follows through, and stays productive even when working independently.

Key Responsibilities

Answer phones and serve as a friendly first point of contact

Handle intake calls from potential clients and follow up on leads

Recruit, onboard, and support caregivers

Coordinate and manage caregiver scheduling

Prepare and organize client and caregiver packets

Maintain accurate records and support daily office operations

Proactively identify and complete tasks that support clients, caregivers, and smooth office flow

Take ownership of daily responsibilities and ensure work is completed accurately and on time

What You’ll Succeed in This Role This role requires initiative and follow‑through. While you’ll receive support, training, and clear systems, you will also be trusted to manage responsibilities independently when leadership is not in the office. The right candidate is someone who looks for the next task, follows up without being asked, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

This is an active, people‑facing role involving regular phone calls, coordination, and follow‑up—not just sitting at a computer.

Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, or customer service preferred (not required)

Position Details

Full‑time, Monday–Friday

On‑site office near the Boise Airport
