Seeking a dedicated
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
to provide therapeutic support under the supervision of a licensed OT. This role focuses on helping patients improve functional independence and quality of life in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines.
Responsibilities
Implement therapy interventions per OT plan of care
Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
Assist with patient and family education
Communicate patient status and updates to supervising OT
Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active
California COTA license
(or ability to obtain)
Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-care skills
