Responsibilities
Acts as the bridge between functional/business teams, technical teams and support teams, handling day‑to‑day escalations and guiding Navico Group leaders on the “art of the possible.”
Partners with key stakeholders to create and process IT initiative proposals or business cases, collaborating with business stakeholders, portfolio management and IT resources to define scope, ROI, risks, staffing requirements and financial needs.
Serves as the internal voice of the customer by articulating business needs, validating that functional and non‑functional requirements are met and confirming alignment to technology roadmaps.
Aligns strategic and tactical business objectives for Navico Group with corresponding IT objectives and long‑term roadmaps.
Projects leads or manages initiatives that require full lifecycle execution from ideation to solution execution, when necessary.
Provides insights and thought leadership on industry and functional trends to guide business priorities and technology decisions.
Critically evaluates gathered information to ensure it meets the needs of the business area as well as IT goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Management, a related field, or foreign equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in the offered or a related occupation.
At least 3 years of experience facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects aligned with organizational objectives.
Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, DevOps, or JIRA; in data and analytics, supply chain and operations with demonstrated examples of digital transformation.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends, industry standards, solution architecture and vendor landscape within the IT industry.
Telecommuting is permitted; the position may be performed at various locations throughout the U.S.
