Base Pay Range Join the team at Shottenkirk Toyota San Antonio as an Automotive Sales Professional, where you will be the face of our dealership in San Antonio, TX. You will work closely with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide expert guidance throughout the purchasing process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and preferences.
Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to customers.
Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales effectively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, vehicle specifications, and promotions.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Work collaboratively with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer service/sales role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
A valid driver’s license and professional appearance.
Knowledge of automotive products and financing options is a plus.
Motivated, enthusiastic, and customer‑focused approach.
