Join the Dietz & Watson team as a PT Brand Ambassador. The role involves creating brand awareness and positive impressions of our premium products by engaging consumers through sampling, distributing product, and demonstrating product features at in‑store selling events.
Description A Brand Ambassador serves as the face of our products to consumers at selling events in the field. We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Brand Ambassadors/Selling Event Specialists to join our team. This position offers paid training, competitive pay rates, and support from a top company.
Essential Responsibilities
Set up, break down, prepare product, and conduct sampling during in‑store selling events.
Actively draw customers to the event table and drive sales.
Generate brand awareness and positive product impressions to increase sales.
Meet schedules and deadlines.
Offer promotional materials to customers (e.g., recipes, coupons, etc.).
Record suggestions and comments from management and customers on an internet‑based reporting system.
Complete all necessary paperwork (e.g., worksheets, event evaluations, etc.) and submit as defined during training.
Order supplies as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Prior promotional or demonstrating experience is a plus.
Weekend availability required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Comfortable addressing and engaging the public.
Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Capable of stooping, bending, reaching, turning, twisting, and standing.
Must be able to stand for the entire duration of a selling event (4 to 6 hours).
Access to reliable transportation.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have an internet‑accessible cell phone to use during demo events.
Ability to travel within a limited geography.
