$15.50/yr - $18.15/yr
Responsibilities
Provide an amazing shopping experience for every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Collaborate with the team to get the job done and demonstrate integrity by following AEO policies & procedures.

You love interacting with people and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
You love AE and Aerie products and have retail experience.
You are at least 18 years of age.
