In this role, you will oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum return on investment and impactful audience reach. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable growth.
Manage day‑to‑day operations of paid search campaigns, including keyword research, bidding strategies, ad copy testing, and budget allocation.
Utilize automation tools, scripts, and platform features to enhance efficiency and scalability of search campaigns.
Analyze performance data regularly to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization to meet or exceed KPIs.
Collaborate with analytics and creative teams to design innovative testing programs that improve conversion rates and return on ad spend.
Stay informed on the latest paid search trends, tools, and technologies to maintain competitive advantage and campaign effectiveness.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to build expertise and ensure best practices are followed across the paid search portfolio.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing large‑scale paid search campaigns, preferably within performance‑driven environments.
Proven proficiency with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms; certification preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience leveraging automation tools and scripting to optimize campaign management and reporting efficiency.
Excellent project management abilities to lead multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
