We are looking for a dynamic and organized Event Manager to lead and grow our birthday parties, corporate events, and private rentals. This individual will be responsible for developing exciting event packages, managing a team of party hosts, and ensuring guests have seamless, unforgettable celebrations. Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of event coordination, including bookings, setup, staffing, and post-event follow-ups. Develop and implement event packages and add-ons to drive revenue and guest satisfaction. Coordinate closely with Café and Operations teams to deliver smooth, integrated guest experiences. Manage all communications with clients from pre-event consultation to post-event feedback. Team & Guest Relations
Recruit, train, and lead a team of enthusiastic party hosts and coordinators. Maintain a high standard of service, ensuring every guest feels celebrated and cared for. Act as the primary on-site contact for all event clients, ensuring execution meets expectations. Resolve any issues quickly and professionally to protect the guest experience and brand reputation. Administration & Reporting
Track event metrics including bookings, upsells, guest feedback, and revenue. Create and maintain reports to assess event success and identify areas of improvement. Ensure CRM systems and guest communication logs are accurately maintained. What You Bring to the Team
3+ years of experience in
event planning, coordination , or hospitality management, preferably in the
Family Entertainment, Indoor Amusement, theme park, Hospitality, or high-volume facilities . Bachelor’s degree in
Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field Strong leadership and communication
skills;
High energy and personable . Proven ability to
manage multiple events
simultaneously. Creative thinker
with a problem-solving mindset. Comfortable with
event software, scheduling platforms , and customer
communication tools . Availability to
work evenings, weekends,
and
