BVRG is hiring a Brand Activation Manager (BAM) in Los Angeles to represent Maison Perrier and Essentia Alkaline waters across the trendiest on-premise channels. If you're someone who thrives on making connections, driving visibility at events, and bringing a premium brand to life— this is for you.

We’re looking for someone who:

Lives and breathes the on-premise scene.

Has experience in beverage, spirits, or hospitality.

Knows how to turn marketing ideas into on-the-ground action.

Is creative, influential, and always one step ahead of the next trend.

What You’ll Be Doing Key Account Management (35%)

Cultivate relationships with top on-premise accounts and industry tastemakers.

Drive menu placements, brand trainings, and drink strategies.

Implement innovative programs that bring the brand to life.

Manage budgets and ensure execution is aligned with brand goals.

Field Marketing Activation (30%)

Identify and support events in music, art, food, and fashion that align with our brand pillars.

Work closely with influencers and content creators to amplify brand presence.

Create and share relevant social content, hashtags, and moments.

Build buzz and brand love through unique, memorable activations.

Route to Market Alignment (15%)

Partner with bottler sales teams to grow distribution and drive volume.

Coordinate training and incentive programs with key stakeholders.

Act as the go-to brand expert for both bottlers and customers.

Communication & Reporting (20%)

Stay organized with weekly updates, KPI tracking, and expense reports.

Manage all event logistics and follow-ups with precision.

Stay responsive and collaborative through daily communications and team meetings.

What You Bring

1–3 years of experience in beverage, alcohol, or hospitality sales.

A strong network and/or the hustle to build one fast.

Passion for marketing, events, and brand building.

Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.

Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office, Slack, and social platforms.

Willingness to work nights/weekends when needed.

Must live in Los Angeles with a valid driver’s license.
