Join CCC Intelligent Solutions as a full‑time Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative. Assist medical providers, patients, and billing services by answering inbound calls, providing clear information about services and claims, and supporting the claims and repair journey with AI‑enhanced technology.
Responsibilities
Respond to incoming claim calls and log data into the proprietary medical bill review system.
Operate across multiple systems and applications to support daily responsibilities and ensure seamless task execution.
Explain benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures to providers, patients, and insurance adjusters.
Maintain a quiet and professional work environment free of distractions.
Adhere to a consistent work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM CT, with one late shift per week extending to 7:00 PM CT; shifts may shift up to an hour earlier or later as needed.
Maintain a reliable remote setup with broadband or fiber internet, offering at least 25 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds.
Requirements
1–2 years of inbound call‑center customer service experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and high school diploma or equivalent.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to manage high‑volume inbound calls while capturing detailed and accurate notes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Edge). Ability to learn basic medical terminology.
Ability to work independently in a distraction‑free workspace.
Full availability, focused attention, and accurate documentation are essential.
