Hybrid Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – PST Join Amplity, a full‑service partner to biopharma companies, and help bring breakthrough treatments to patients. We’re seeking a Hybrid Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) through telephone, virtual, and in‑person conversations, promoting assigned products and meeting sales goals.

Position Summary The Hybrid (HSR) engages HCPs to promote assigned Client product, maximize product selling potential, and meet program and Client objectives. The role requires developing and maintaining relationships, educating HCPs about product features, benefits, safety, and approved indications, and collaborating with Client field teams and management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Manage daily sales call activity according to defined expectations, influencing customers and increasing product sales.

Promote Client’s product via telephone or virtual calls (outbound and/or inbound) or in person by engaging assigned HCPs, providing in‑depth product discussions to achieve territory and company sales goals.

Profile and manage a targeted list of HCPs and provide value‑added benefits to grow product volume.

Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business goals.

Maintain call productivity and metrics required by the program.

Achieve quarterly Client sales quotas.

Communicate with customers using effective selling, listening, negotiation skills, proper terminology, approved messaging, and promotional aids.

Maintain thorough knowledge of Client product(s) and program.

Verify and complete required data entry in Amplity/Client CRM systems (call details, product orders, follow‑through actions).

Listen and respond to customer needs within program timelines.

Collaborate with Client field sales Account Managers and Client Sales Managers to plan territory coverage.

Create and maintain a positive impression with Client and customers.

Prepare management reports as needed.

Fully comply with all laws, regulations, Amplity Policies, Code of Conduct, privacy and data guidelines, and relevant state and federal laws.

Participate in teleconference and live (when required) National, Regional and District Meetings, training sessions, and represent Client at national and local conventions.

Hold a valid driver’s license and be able to fly and drive within the assigned region for field sales activities.

Complete other projects as assigned.

Key Working Relationships

Report to Amplity Sales Manager or Program Director.

Work closely with program team members and home office support.

Maintain a positive working relationship with customers and Client contacts.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

2+ years of sales or relevant professional experience with a proven record of success.

Flexibility to cover multiple time zones as needed.

Ability to travel, including regular regional air travel up to 50% of working days.

Compliance with required credentials, including vaccination status, for all customer‑facing roles.

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

Account and territory management experience.

Inside sales or contact center experience.

Aesthetics experience.

Credentialing Requirements Representatives may be required to submit and maintain credentials, such as training and vaccinations, to access hospitals or healthcare providers. Certain geographic jurisdictions may require a specific license; details will be communicated if applicable.
