Role Summary Are you passionate about patient care and helping people live active lives? We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual with a passion for patient care in an orthopedic setting and background in Durable Medical Equipment to join us as a Field Service Representative in Louisville, KY. Key Responsibilities

Measure and apply orthopedic devices; educate patients and health‑care practitioners (HCPs) on proper use and expected outcomes.

Coordinate patient care for follow‑up brace‑fitting appointments as necessary.

Provide routine customer service to patients, physicians, physician assistants, and other clinical staff following established policies and procedures.

Verify patient benefits using automation tools, including pre‑authorization and or upfront collection of patient responsibility.

Serve as a liaison between the customer, Enovis, and the Sales Team.

Achieve metrics and KPIs set by management to ensure customer performance and efficiency comply with Enovis agreements/contracts.

Adhere to all Enovis Compliance and Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, regulatory policies and procedures, and HIPAA.

Minimum Basic Qualifications

Passion for providing excellent care to HCPs and patients.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital, health‑care facility, clinic, physician’s office, or as an independent contractor working directly with orthopedic patients.

Demonstrated patient care experience.

Experience dealing with multiple physicians in a high‑volume clinic is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly preferred.

Must satisfy third‑party credentialing/screening requirements to gain access to hospital accounts.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.

Desired Qualifications

Active athletic training licensure, Board of Certification (BOC), American Board for Certification (ABC) Certified Fitter‑orthotics (CFo), Physical Therapy Certification (PTA), or related professional credentials.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Provide patient care in physician offices, hospitals, patient homes, and/or clinics.

Potential exposure to airborne and bloodborne pathogens.

Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Travel up to 20% of the time; overnight travel is not required. Use own transportation.
