As a Float Phlebotomist, you will have the opportunity to quickly gain a vast amount of experience. You will be working with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics/locations. Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $15.00 - $25.90 per hour

Float Incentive: Additional $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement

PST Incentive Plan: quarterly bonus based on performance metrics

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am-7:00pm, rotating Saturdays

Work Location: Shiloh, IL

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20+ hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Job Responsibilities

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.

Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner

Process billing information and collect payments when required

Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis

Maintain patient and specimen information logs

Provide superior customer service to all patients

Administrative and clerical duties as necessary

Travel to additional sites when needed

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or prior experience as a phlebotomist is required

Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and reliable transportation

At least 21 years old

Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Comfortable working under minimal supervision

Flexibility to work overtime as neededAbility to pass a standardized color blindness test
