We are seeking an AI Strategy & Adoption Specialist to champion the integration of artificial intelligence and process automation across our organization. This role is focused on **thought leadership, education, and advocacy** rather than deep technical development. You will help shape our AI vision, communicate its value to non-technical stakeholders, and guide practical implementation strategies that drive business impact.As a trusted advisor, you will stay ahead of AI trends, identify opportunities for innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions align with organizational goals. Your work will empower teams to understand and embrace AI technologies, fostering a culture of informed adoption and responsible use.**Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future, without company sponsorship.****Must be able to work onsite at our corporate office in Indianapolis, Indiana. (This role is not hybrid or remote.)****Key Responsibilities:*** **Lead AI Vision & Strategy:** Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define and guide the organization’s AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.* **Educate & Advocate:** Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to demystify AI concepts for non-technical audiences. Develop educational resources to support ongoing learning.* **Promote Adoption:** Serve as an internal advocate for AI and automation, helping teams understand practical applications and benefits.* **Stay Current:** Monitor emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices. Share insights to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.* **Enable Practical Implementation:** Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements and automation using accessible tools (e.g., RPA platforms, Generative AI solutions).* **Bridge Business & Technology:** Work closely with product managers and technical teams to ensure AI initiatives are feasible, ethical, and aligned with business needs—without requiring you to code or build models.**Required Skills & Qualifications:*** Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.* Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, LLaMA)* Strong understanding of AI trends, ethical considerations, and practical business applications.* Innovative thinker with a passion for AI’s potential to transform business operations.* Proven experience leading AI adoption initiatives or implementing practical AI solutions in a business context (portfolio or case studies preferred).* Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.**Education & Experience:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).* Demonstrated experience in applying AI or automation to solve real-world business challenges—without requiring deep technical development skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
