Base Pay Range $150,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
About This Role
Delivery of interactive sales presentations on our products & services to decision‑makers at their homes
Consistent effort and a great attitude to meet sales goals
Setting individual sales targets and tracking progress
Promotion of company products and services
Development, presentation, and negotiation of sales contracts
Full schedule work, including weekend and holiday flexibility
What We Offer

Top representatives earn up to $400,000+ per year

Key Qualifications
Self‑motivated and results‑oriented
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work evening and weekend appointments
Personal vehicle with valid driver’s license
In‑Home Sales or Business‑to‑Consumer Sales experience preferred
Windows and Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC sales experience – a plus
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
Ability to meet and exceed goals
Work successfully without requiring close supervision
Position requires a criminal background check
