Position Overview The PLL is hiring full‑time Ticket Sales Account Executives to join its in‑house sales team in Los Angeles, CA (HQ). This role focuses on selling group tickets to youth lacrosse organizations and businesses, driving key ticket revenue for the 2026 season and beyond. Account Executives will generate new business, service and grow existing accounts, and meet annual revenue goals. Ideal candidates are self‑starters and strategic thinkers who are relentless in finding new opportunities while delivering an exceptional fan experience from first contact through gameday.

Responsibilities

Drive new business by identifying and developing ticket sales opportunities in key markets.

Manage and grow existing client relationships, with a focus on increasing retention and revenue.

Create customized sales pitches and proposals that align partner objectives with PLL opportunities.

Maintain and track a strong sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and identifying areas needing support or acceleration.

Develop strategic plans to achieve and exceed personal and team revenue targets.

Coordinate and fulfill group experiences to deliver exceptional client value and fan engagement.

Travel to events and markets as needed to engage partners, close deals, and execute experiences.

Operate as a self‑starter who prioritizes high‑value opportunities and uses time efficiently to drive results.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years ticket sales experience required.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Strong work ethic and passion.

Outstanding listening, written, and verbal communication.

Strong interpersonal relationship skills.

Proficiency in Word and Excel.

Excellent time management skills.

Must be well‑organized.

Critical thinker with the ability to problem‑solve to hit revenue targets.

Must be able to work in a team‑oriented environment.

Background in sports – particularly lacrosse – is a plus.

Compensation

$22–$27 per hour; additional commission and bonus potential earnings not represented in the hourly rate. Commission is uncapped.

Based on the candidate’s experience, seniority, and location.

The total compensation package includes Health, Life, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) plan, Equity Sharing, Mental Health Stipend, Unlimited PTO, and Paid Parental Leave.
