What You’ll Be Doing

Generate retail sales using passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service.

Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.

Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide a complete top‑down sales solution.

Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.

Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.

Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in products and services.

Engage with the community outside of the store at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.

We’re hiring immediately! This isn’t your typical entry‑level retail position. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of sales experience, you can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $16,000 a year in individual‑based commissions if you hit all your sales goals. Top performers could earn an extra $14,500 or more, for a total annual range of $65,000+ to $73,500+ depending on geography, hours, and performance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

One or more years of relevant experience (work or military).

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).

Openness to pick up additional shifts for extra income during peak periods.

Experience in a commission‑based environment (preferred).

Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions (preferred).

Customer service experience (preferred).
