To continue driving our impressive growth, Neat is now seeking a Small Business Account Manager to lead sales in Tempe, Arizona. The role reports to the Small Business Sales Director and includes the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Drive continued growth for Neat by identifying new customers in the small‑business segment.

Leverage the network in the region to uncover new business, attend events, and act as an ambassador for Neat.

Evaluate territory and vertical opportunities, taking ownership of a proactive approach for your area of responsibility.

Keep updated on market trends, understand competitor landscape and opportunities.

Feed market insight back to product and development teams, providing a vital 360‑degree view of the region’s opportunity.

Act as a trusted colleague on your team, providing mentorship and coaching.

Define, design and iterate our sales processes, ensuring Neat is ready for the next stage of hyper‑growth.

Deeply familiar with engaging channel partners and DMRs.

Located in Philadelphia for visiting customers in the area.

Your Experience

Extensive experience engaging with channel partners and DMRs.

Knowledge of working with distributors and understanding their process.

Field‑sales experience and efficient travel within your region.

Excellent communication, engaging, influencing, and persuading high‑level executives.

Experience driving effective sales practice in small‑business accounts.

Regional experience with commercial small‑business customers.

Knowledge of video conferencing is a plus but not required.

Scaling a fast‑growth technology business is a must.

Designing strategic go‑to‑market plans.

Track record developing new business and growing new business areas.
