Overview
Join the Residential Sales Representative team at Rollins Inc. and contribute to protecting customers from pest activity in the residential sector. Responsibilities
Sell general pest control services to residential customers within an assigned territorial area that may span multiple service branches. Physically inspect a variety of residential structures to determine presence of pests and present a sales solution to prospective customers. Arrive at scheduled estimates and service appointments in a timely manner. Explain pest control services and sell repetitive annual service agreements to 70% of all scheduled estimates. Work with branch management to establish sales growth goals and coordinate activities to ensure these goals are achieved. Travel from one area to another or work within a specified territory while identifying target areas with branch management. Occasionally service accounts and perform exclusion where necessary. Receive and properly account for company funds collected during the course of business activities. Submit all paperwork and collections on a daily basis. Maintain company issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times. Benefits
