Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Business‑to‑Business Sales or Business Development Representative to join our Business Development team. The role focuses on high‑volume cold calling, lead development, and client management to maximize client sales potential across many industries.
Responsibilities
Generate new leads and opportunities by cold calling prospects and maintaining awareness of the existing client database.
Aggressively work a pipeline of leads provided by GGR.
Understand client needs and develop ideal solutions.
Deliver customized sales presentations over the phone.
Achieve or exceed individual monthly sales quota.
Cold call new prospects.
Reload current and non‑current clients.
Generate pipeline of new business.
Complete the sales cycle.
Complete the client onboarding process.
Utilize vertical marketing strategies.
Effectively market the GGR brand.
Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly expectations consistently.
Follow established policies & procedures.
Take direction well and be self‑motivated.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Minimum of 3 years of inside and/or outside sales with high‑volume calling.
Self‑starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to pass background check.
Pass skills test.
Salary and Compensation Base salary $42,000 to $120,000 per year plus commission.
