Field Sales Representative – Renuity
Full‑time, W‑2 outside sales representative position. Your role is to develop relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Average annual earnings range from $150,000 to $250,000, with top performers earning upwards of $350K.

Responsibilities
Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones.
Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sales goals/quotas.
Promote company products and services.
Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
Provide best‑in‑class customer experience.
Work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays.
Qualifications
Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality.
Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales – a plus.
Strong sense of ambition, self‑motivation, and self‑discipline.
Open mind, willingness to learn and adapt.
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
Approachable demeanor.
Own reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license.
