We operate over 400 stores in the US and Puerto Rico, along with our online store and mobile app. Store Name: Coronado Responsibilities Express is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to join our team. The Sales Leader manages sales floor and stockroom operations, trains associates, and ensures a great shopping experience for customers. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential. Provide coaching and training to ensure effective store operations, customer service, and standards execution. Partner with Store Management to give feedback on associate performance. Train associates on store operations, products, policies, and procedures. Implement action plans to optimize results. Manage daily store operations. Ensure proper associate coverage for a great customer experience. Oversee checkout and merchandise flow, including shipment and replenishment. Monitor and analyze customer service quality. Create effective staff schedules. Promote an environment focused on delivering excellent in-store experiences. Resolve customer issues positively. Lead and model the customer experience standards. Maintain expert knowledge of products, policies, promotions, and loyalty programs. Assist with product launches, visual displays, signage, etc. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Required Experience & Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of retail experience Proficient with technology (iPad, registers) Available to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours Meet physical requirements Critical Skills & Attributes Previous retail experience preferred Effective communication skills Proven sales accountability Teamwork and collaboration skills Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers and processes Benefits and Compensation We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), merchandise discounts, paid time off, parental leave, and more.
