Leasing Professional
in Sioux Falls, SD at Hidden Valley Stables who is energetic, goal-oriented, and enjoys new challenges. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self‑starter with a positive attitude and a team‑player. Previous property management experience is preferred, but not required.
You Have
Marketing and networking skills
Leasing experience
Tax Credit and / or affordable housing experience preferred
Phone and email etiquette
Strong communication skills
Sales experience
Availability to work a flexible schedule
Organizational skills
Computer knowledge
