Responsibilities
Track, monitor, and analyze performance of digital retailing pilot programs to identify opportunities.
Prepare performance metric reports and provide them to leadership on status.
Collaborate with Central Data Office to develop strategies to assess application traffic.
Develop and prepare reports utilizing software tools such as Excel, SQL and Tableau.
Participate in discussions with OEMs and certified Digital Retailing Solution (DRS) providers to support growth for digital channels.
Support preparation for program launches and program management efforts for digital retailing initiatives.
Collaborate with HCA cross‑functional teams to facilitate meetings and develop strategy.
Conduct research to identify areas of opportunities within the digital retailing space.
Support preparation of presentation materials.
Qualifications
Minimum 2–4 years of related experience in sales & marketing strategy or similar functions.
Experience with Excel, SQL and Tableau.
Knowledge of the automotive or automotive finance industry a plus.
BS/BA in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
Working knowledge with SQL and Tableau.
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Understanding of data to create, summarize and present data analysis.
Proven critical thinking and problem‑solving skills for strategy formulation.
Proficient verbal/written communication skills to interact with internal/external stakeholders and prepare presentation materials.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work with various cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites including PowerPoint and Excel.
Work Environment Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking. Work is performed in an at‑home and office environment.
Salary range: $64,000 to $96,000.
Primary location: United States, California, Irvine.
Employment type: Regular, Full‑time, Non‑exempt, Full‑time schedule.
