Event Coordinator Walters Wedding Estates , part of the Walters Hospitality brand, is seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team. If you have a passion for providing exceptional hospitality and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Attend detail meetings and lead rehearsal activities.

Oversee the wedding ceremony processional and recessional.

Complete coordinator tasks during receptions to ensure a smooth event flow.

Collaborate as part of the banquet team to deliver outstanding service.

Maintain venue cleanliness and organization at all times.

Qualifications:

Required Experience: Food and Beverage experience preferred.

Required Certifications: TABC and Serve Safe Food Handlers certifications are required.

Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Extreme Ownership: Take full responsibility for your tasks and ensure their successful completion.

Enthusiasm: Show a genuine passion for helping clients and making their events memorable.

Attention to Detail: Exhibit meticulous attention to every aspect of your work.

Confidence: Believe in your abilities to coordinate and execute events successfully.

Excellent Communication: Maintain a positive attitude while communicating effectively with co-workers and clients.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 30 lbs frequently and stand/walk for 8-12 hours.

Background Requirements: Must complete and pass a background check and drug test.

Compensation & Schedule:

Part-time: Weekends & Evenings.

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour.

401k plan with a 4% Match.
